Mini Mid-Week Haul

I ordered some stuff from eBay and these stuff came in the mail last Thursday.

Finally got hold of Milani Luminous. I've been checking eBay everyday for a month to see if this will be available again. So when I saw this on eBay, of course I couldn't pass up the chance to buy it right away. Yey! I tried it that same day when I went to meet my friend for dinner and it's really nice. It gives you that natural flushed look with a hint of shimmer to it but not too much that it will emphasize your pores. Only drawback is that it's not that pigmented. I had to do 3 swipes of this on each cheek just to make it visible.

Also saw this SanSan mosaic blush in RSV pink. It's really cheap. You can buy this at HBC for around 110Php (less than $3). Surprisingly, it's very pigmented and I love it!

I also heard a lot of good things about Avon Magix that I've decided to give it a try. And I can definitely see what the rave is all about. I've been using it for 2 days now and I can say that I'm very satisfied with it. It has the same consisitency as MAC prep+prime eye. It really keeps my makeup on for the entire day. I swear, I didn't even have to retouch or use oil blots during my entire shift (and I work an 11-hr shift, mind you!).

The pen and the Ponds face cream are just freebies that I got. I don't really use Ponds coz it makes me breakout so I just gave it away. But I'm definitely one happy girl this week!

MAC Prep+Prime Eye

I bought MAC Prep+Prime Eye from Rustan's a couple of weeks ago. Until then, I have actually been using my home-made eye primer.

Unfortunately, I wasn't blown away with how this MAC primer works. It doesn't keep my e/s from fading and after just an hour or two, I can already see my e/s creasing. Seriously, my home-made eye primer works even better than this. But I still use it because I don't want my money to go to waste. I have very oily lids and MAC apparently cannot control my oilies. :(

So will I buy it again? Definitely not! I'll probably just look for an online seller of UDPP.
