Revlon Colorstay Foundation Review

It's been a couple of weeks since I bought my Revlon Colorstay and I've used it several times already. I'm definitely impressed with this product in terms of coverage and staying power. It also has great oil-control. I have this in Buff and it matches my skintone perfectly. I forgot the exact price but it's around 800Php.

The downside is, it dries out really fast when you dab it on your face so it's kinda difficult to blend. What I do is I use a damp sponge instead of just my fingers and work on one area of my face at a time.

Also, true to its name, it really stays on. It takes a lot of effort to remove this from your face. You would really need a good makeup remover for this. What I'm currently using is Nivea Cleansing Milk Makeup Remover but I still had to wash my face with soap twice after that. Some recommended using cleansing oil so I might give that a try soon. Anyway, I don't use this everyday because I feel like it will clog my pores if I do that so I only use this once or twice a week.

Pros:

Great Coverage
Great Oil-control
It stays on unless you remove it.
Affordable
A little goes a long way.
Available locally

Cons:
A bit difficult to blend
Difficult to remove as well

Will I buy this again? Definitely! Although this one bottle might last me a year.

Me, wearing Revlon Colorstay after 5 hrs with no retouch or using oil blots. Just got home from watching Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
